Black company frank on cover to New York City, franked with 3¢ Banknote and Canada 1870, 3¢ orange red, both tied by matching grid cancels, "Held for Postage" & "Return to Ogden" notations with "Ogden City, Utah, April, 26, 1880" cds; partial backflaps and corner nick, Fine, very scarce combination and usage.
