Blue double circle handstamp on 1860 3¢ pink entire to Florence City, Washington Territory with black company frank and blue "Collect 50 Cts" in oval handstamp, forwarded to Petaluma, Cal. with bill slip on reverse from "San Frco" with "Chgs Coll $1.00"; cover tears and rough reduction at right, Fine, a wonderful usage to Florence City in Washington Territory, which later became part of Idaho with the "Collect 50 Cts." handstamp for deliver to Florence City.
