Blue oval handstamp on 1853, 3¢ Nesbitt entire with Tracy & Co.'s Express. printed frank with Old English type and ornate frame (Haller FT10, Ty. 4) to Walla Walla, W.T., manuscript Jan 16th 1860 at left, slightly reduced at top with couple tears, F.-V.F. appearing, an extremely rare frank, ex-Lichtenstein, Barkhausen.
