A wonderful lot of approximately 350 covers & cards with various Idaho postmarks, most are from the 1870's - 1940's, nice range of early postmarks including 1883 Pend D'Oreille, 1880's Era, 1897 Powell, 1898 Anderson, 1870's Pierce City, 1899 Coltman, 1868 Silver City, 1896 Atlanta oval, 1905 Silver City registry shield, 1881 Horse Shoe Bend straight line, 1885 Corder, included a various manuscript postmarks with better including V(irgini)a City manuscripts, 1882 Ventnor, 1869 Florence, 1876 Thorn Creek, 1885 Viola, etc., mixed condition and duplication to be expected, a great lot worth careful inspection, F.-V.F. overall.

(Indian Territory) Sapulpa & Denison, Tr. 808, July 22 '01. Straight line railroad postmark tying 2¢ red on cover from Sasakwa, I.T. to Council Bluffs, Iowa, with original enclosures; cover soiling, Fine, a rare and possibly unique railroad marking.
