(Jefferson) Port Ludlow, W.T., Aug 15th 1867. Neat manuscript postmark (type 1, 5 reported, this the latest known) tying 1861 3¢ rose (trivial perf flaw at bottom) on cover to Olympia, slightly reduced at right, otherwise fresh and Very Fine.
