Squier & Co.'s City Letter Dispatch, 1859, 1¢ green. Ample margin to touching at right, small flaws, uncanceled and slightly overlapped by 1857, 3¢ rose tied by blue "Louisville, Ky., Jul 31, 1859" cds on cover to St. Louis, Mo., Very Fine, this being one of two known usages of a Squier & Co.'s adhesive used to pay the delivery to the addressee from another city and one of the only known examples in conjunction with the 1857, 3¢ rose, from the St. Louis - Louisville Lucas correspondence; with 2009 P.F. certificate.

Stringer & Morton's City Despatch, 1850 (1¢) gold on black. Margins large to in at top and right, light crease, uncanceled as usual on locally addressed cover, with photostat of original 1850 enclosure from opera singer Jenny Lind; minor cover edge wear, Fine.

Swart's City Dispatch Post, 1849-53 (1¢) red. Ample to large margins, tied by "Swart's Post Office, Chatham Square, Dec. 6" oval handstamp on locally addressed 1855 folded letter; cover with central sealing wax hole, otherwise Fine; with 1978 P.F. certificate.

Telegraph Despatch P.O., 1848, 1¢ black on yellowish. Margins large to just into frameline at bottom right, vertical creases from file fold, uncanceled on 1848 folded letter to New York City, in combination with 1847, 5¢ brown (couple unnoticeable faults) tied by blue "Philada Pa., 5cts, Jun 29" cds, F.-V.F., An extremely rare usage of the Telegraph Despatch Post Office stamp and the only known to the mails usage in combination with the 1847, 5¢ issue, one of only five on cover usage known, ex-Chapman, Brown; with 2009 P.F. certificate.

Third Ave. Post Office, 1855, 2¢ black on pink. Cut to shape as always, in conjunction with 1851, 3¢ dull red, type II (small faults), both tied by New - York, Feb 13 cds on small cover to Boston, Mass., Very Fine, one of three known examples of the Third Ave. Post Office stamp on pink paper, with only two examples on cover, this is the only example known tied to cover; with 2009 P.F. certificate.

Walton & Co.'s City Express, 1846, 2¢ black on pink. Oval cut to shape, manuscript initial canceled on folded New York court transcript of docket & judgements datelined July 11, 1846, addressed to clerk of Kings Co. in Brooklyn, "light Walton's Brooklyn, City Express Post" oval handstamp; cover with vertical file fold, F.-V.F., only six on cover usage of the Walton & Co's stamp are recorded, this unrecorded usage is the latest known and the only example bearing an manuscript initial cancel, ex Brown; with 2009 P.F. certificate.

Wyman, 1844, 5¢ black. Design showing light "kiss" double impression at right, full even margins, manuscript canceled on folded letter sheet to New York City, docketing on reverse indicating Boston origin, bold "Forwarded By, John A. Newbould, New - York" handstamp on backflap, Extremely Fine, a rare Independent Mail Route and Forwarder combination, only 15 examples of the Wyman stamp used on cover are recorded with this being being one of two such known combination usages; with 2009 P.F. certificate.
