Cut-to-shape handstamp provisional, with central "Cuernavaca" district name overprint canceling, affixed to folded letter sheet addressed to Mexico City; small cover tear at top, Very Fine, an attractive example of the rare Cuernavaca Provisional on cover, certainly one of the finest of the approximately 6-7 on cover usages recorded; with 2005 Jaretsky and 2007 MEPSI certificates, 1892 Meekeel guarantee on reverse.
