Mexico, 1868, 12c-25c Hidalgo Issues, San Luis Potosi. 8 stamps with district number errors -"8" instead of "5", this error seems to be only on '69 stamps, 12c Moctezuma pair (Schatzkes 1515) and "SLP" monogram pair (1444), 25c Guadalcazar (1490) and Guadalupe (1495) as well as a 12c & 25c with "SLP" monogram (1454), Very Fine.
