Mounted on quadrille pages and including C1-3 center line blocks, C1-2 top arrow blocks and C3 block of 12 with 2 plate #'s, Top & Arrow; bottom plate blocks of 6 of C7-9, C10, top C11, bottom C12, C13-15 Zeppelins on flown 3 covers New York to Germany to Lakehurst with 65¢ block of 4, $1.30 pair and $2.60 single; red circular Südamerikafahrt cachets and green Lakehurst Zeppelin receivers on reverse; C18 with mint block of 4 (2 n.h.) and flown Chicago to Akron cover with Expo cachet; C21 plate # block of 6; C22 block of 6; both on separate cacheted First Day covers; very fresh and attractive collection, stamps exceptionally well centered, mixed condition on a few items.

Special Delivery Collection, 1885-191. Lovely display on specially hand lettered quadrille pages, with E1-16 mint singles and blocks of 4 complete; also plate proofs on India for E1-2, used singles for all including 6 "Damaged transfer" of E6; and a cover from Manitoba with 2¢ Edward VII & U.S. Special Delivery; uniformly well-centered, occasional small fault, please inspect.

Special Tax Stamps, 1874-85. 35 intact documents, created under the Tax Act of 1872 and produced by the B.E.P., these large sized tax stamps measuring about 7"x14" were required for businesses such as "Dealer in Leaf Tobacco, Peddler 1st Class, Rectifier of Distilled Spirits, Wholesale Liquor Dealer, Retail Liquor Dealer, Dealer in Manufactured Tobacco", etc; each consists of 3 parts: the first featuring an exotic vignette of young girl or boy surrounded by peace pipe, barrel of tobacco; or distillery coils and bottles & casks, etc., with the year date and other information; then coupons for monthly payment, and the Stub; very attractive and suitable for framing, most in excellent condition.

Duck Permit Collection. Complete to 2006, all but the last 13 are displayed in 4 frames with printed matts published by American Wildlife Art Gallery; the spaces are recessed and the stamps themselves are in hingeless mounts; it is impossible to determine the hinging without disassembling the frames but the stamps are definitely not pasted down; most attractive and high catalog value and face value from the 1980's on.
