Allover illustrated Exposition scene in blue on legal size cover to Boston, Mass., franked with 2¢ Bureau tied by Atlanta, Ga. machine postmark, with original enclosure to the wife of the late Hon. H.I. Kimball from the exposition company regarding a resolution to erect a monument to the late Mr. Kimball, also includes an article from The Presto regarding the exposition and a gift of a portrait of Kimball to the city; small repaired cover nick at top, F.-V.F.

1895 Cotton States and International Exposition, Atlanta Exposit'n R.P.O. Clear strike of cds (Bomar A95-01) and grid cancel on 2¢ green entire, original enclosure with interesting content…All of the Engineers, Electricians, etc. of the Exposition Co.went on strike last Wedns. on account of a cut in wages. I was reduced from 1.25 to 1.10 a day. After being out two days we won and almost all the old crowd went back., Very Fine.
