Affixed to enclosure and tied by "New Orleans, La., Jun 20, '64" cds and target duplex cancel through lattice window on a Leed's Patent Envelope to North Pharsalia, N.Y, original enclosure datelined "Morganzia Bend, Jun 11th, 1864" with interest content regarding John C. Fremont as the candidate of the "Radical Union" and voting from Lincoln in the 1864 Presidential election; cover with repaired rough opening at right and non-contemporary docketing at left, Fine, still a very rare usage of the Leed's Patent envelope used properly; with 2009 P.F. certificate.
