Neat cds on turned cover to Greensboro with matching "Paid" in oval handstamp with manuscript "10" rate handstamp, inside shows United States 1857 3¢ dull red tied by blue "Columbia, S.C./Feb. 24" cds & used to Normal College, N.C., flap a bit worn, Very Fine.
Estimate    $200 - 300.

Probably used in 1861, with inside usage showing United States used during the Confederacy and an excellent example of the Trinity College postmark.
