Uprating with 1861, 3¢ rose, pair on cover to Acapulco, Mexico initially franked with single 3¢ rose which was canceled by a grid handstamp, other pen canceled with second red "Belfast, Me., Sep 29" cds tying 2¢, addressed to the ship "T.C. Southard" in care of the American Consulate, 1863 docketing at lower left; stamps over initial postmark lifted to show cancel with 2¢ hinged back in place, Very Fine; with 1998 P.S.E. certificate.
