Kishinouye (renowned Japanese biologist), Japanese Committee, World Fisheries Exhibition, Bergen, Norway, postmarked with English Yokohama cds, card forwarded from Norway to the Japanese Legation in London with rare Bergen Fisheries Exposition postmark; on reverse is charming watercolor and message written in Japanese, Very Fine.
