Confederacy, 1861, 10¢ Blue, Scratched Stone. Four margins, tied by "Spartanburg, S.C." double circle postmark on adversity cover made from blue lined note paper, addressed to a surgeon in "22nd S.C. Regt Col. Goodlett Commanding Evan's Brigade, Longstreet's Division, Richmond"; partial flap, Very Fine this scratch variety is not a constant flaw, ex-Kohn.
