Customs, Apia, Samoa, Nov 29, 1899" double circle cachet date stamp and "w/ Certificate" notation, reverse with G.P.O. Suva, Fji, 27 Dec, 99 receiving cds, Extremely Fine, this being the Unique Official Business "Samoa Frank Stamp" on Cover.

Over 30 covers on album and stock pages; official frank covers including the small "Samoa Frank Stamp" circular flag emblem frank handstamp (SF23) on portion of letterhead with Wellington G.P.O. notation on reverse, large printed of the same on unused cover (SF22), British Military Occupation franks (SF4, SF5), Administration (SF2a), Post Office (SP2), other internal usages including Treasury "Urgent", Public Works, Medical Dept, Postal & Radio, Dept. for Native Affairs, etc., including a section of 27 on piece departmental handstamps and official franks (many used as the listing examples in Collins Postage Stamps of New Zealand, Vol. V), includes a small hoard of modern official covers, F.-V.F.

Stevenson's villa, Mataafa, school children, female beauties, Samoan warriors, etc.
