Omitted and Imperforate on cover to Berlin, Germany, tied by clear "Monrovia, Liberia, 16.V 24" cds's with matching "R" in oval handstamp alongside, transit and receiving backstamps, Extremely Fine, an extremely rare and possibly unique combination, with the 75¢ "O.S." omitted variety mention in Cockrill Booklet No. 25 (page 35) however the $2 variety is completely unlisted by Cockrill or von Saleski.Scott No. O151+O153 vars.
