Imperf, Oro de Mexico 16-69, folded letter dated 31 July 1869, instead of the Toluca district name, the stamp bears the rare Tlalpujahua name, the stamp is $300 in Follansbee and the Oro de Mexico cancel, Schatzkes #1652, is 100 points, Very Fine, may be unique on cover.; with 1992 MEPSI certificate.
