Two different usages on incoming foreign mail: postcard from Linz Austria to Brooklyn, 19 Nov 1914, rated "Due 1 cent" in New York with JQ1 canceled Brooklyn; and used with a 2¢ J53 on cover from Dobele Latvia to Detroit, rated "Due 3 cents" in New York with dues applied in Detroit, Very Fine and unusual.
