Horizontal pair, large margins to cut in at top left (from reduction of envelope at top), canceled partial "Yorktown, Va., Jan 7" cds on cover to Greensboro [sic] Ala., forwarded to "Hol (square)" (Hollow Square) Ala. with Greensborough cds and "Paid" "5" handstamps; pre-use vertical crease left stamp, otherwise Very Fine and unusual, accompanied by an article by Conrad Bush in The Confederate Philatelist noting the unusual nature of the cryptic abbreviation of Hollow Square by the Greensborough postmaster.

Danish West Indies, (First Playing Card Revenue for the U.S. Virgin Islands) Playing Cards, 1920, 4¢ on 2¢ blue. Intact on complete box for "Rustler"playing cards made by the Russell Playing Card Co.; box opened out for display, stamp creased where it lies across the box's flap, Very Fine, a spectacular playing card rarity, quite possibly unique.
