Seldom seen group of 15 envelopes & wrappers, each with message imprinted at top and pre-addressed to legislators in Washington, D.C., wording including "TERRORISM, by the Southern Pacific"; "Senator Pettigrew of the Pacific Railroad Swindles"; "Huntington playing tunes to Congress"; "$900,000,000 at Stake"; and more, all unused examples, very unusual, please inspect.
