Full strike of circular date stamp in green on 1852 folded letter to New York, franked with manuscript canceled 1852, 1¢ blue, type II, vertical pair and single (defects), enclosure mentions traveling on the railroad and posting the letter…I intended to mail this on the cars that take us on to Augusta, F.-V.F. appearance, a very rare postmark in green. Remele No. A7-c.

Clear full strike of station cds on bill of lading cover to Eau Claire, Wis.; cover slightly reduced at left, Very Fine and choice, unlisted in Remele and mostly certainly a unique station marking from the Milwaukee & Mississippi Rail Road.

Oval station marking tying 1851, 3¢ dull red on cover to Wurtemburg, Pa., with original enclosure regarding coming to Mineral Point via the railroad…from your place to Georgetown in Pa. from that to Wellsville, from that to Beaird (Bayard). Then you will change cars to Minrel Point. The cars come to that place every day at one O'clock., Very Fine, an extremely rare station marking. Remele No. C21-Sa.
