Aug. 3" origin cds, red London transit and "24" handstamp credit, black "N.Y. Br. Pkt. Aug 4 Paid" exchange, with Hong Kong transit & Swatow receiver backstamps on reverse, "Overland via Southampton" routing endorsement at top, Very Fine and rare, a choice usage to Swatow, fully paying the 45¢ British mail rate via Southampton.
