Great Britain, 1902 Hand-illustrated illustrated cover, fine pen & ink drawing of the "Ghost of Galen (at Cottage Door)", dated 21.7.1902 and said to have been drawn by Arthur Fredericks; franked with two ½d Edwards tied by London "AS 21" duplex; minor opening tear and tone spots, Very Fine and attractive.

Great Britain, 1859-63 Hand-illustrated cover and two fronts, skillfully rendered ink wash drawings by the same artist, the cover and one of the fronts feature Lions, the other front a Schoolroom Scene, the full cover is signed "B.H." and attributed to fine artist Benjamin Herring, Jr.; franked with 1857 1d stamps and sent from London to Tonbridge Wells, Very Fine.
Estimate    $750 - 1,000.
