Great Britain, 1840, 1d black, letters K-F, large to huge margins all around, deep color, tied by bold red Maltese Cross on fresh 1840 folded letter to Warwick, with matching "Stratford-On-Avon" origin backstamp, usual file fold; some light cover stains cleaned, Extremely Fine and choice, a gorgeous gem on cover; with 2010 B.P.A. certificate. Scott No. 1.
