Liberia, Aus West - Africa, mit, Hamburger Dampfer, clear full strike of boxed handstamp cancelling on Spain 1884, 10c carmine postal card to Wilhelmshaven, Germany with manuscript "Monrovia, 28/10 88" docketing at top right, oval transit date stamp at left, Very Fine, a rare German seapost usage from Monrovia; with P. Holcombe pencil notation at bottom.

Liberia, Aus Westafrika, boxed handstamp on 1882, 3¢ Rising Sun postal card to Rotterdam, Netherlands forwarded to Amsterdam, receiving cds's at left, reverse datelined "Greenville, Sinoe, Nov 19th, 88" and message mentions sailing "per S.S. Winnebah"; name in address panel erased, otherwise Very Fine, a rare early usage of the "Aus Westafrika" handstamp on a postal card.

Liberia, Aus Westafrika, boxed handstamp on yellow Hamburg return label applied on Germany 3pf postal card uprated with 5pf green tied by Barmen origin cds's, sent to Monrovia with rimless receiving cds and reed London transit, return to Barmen with Hamburg transit and Barmen receiving cds's, Very Fine and choice, one of the few known postal history items sent from Germany to Liberia during this period and showing an extremely rare use of the return label.

Nigeria", reverse with Monrovia senders endorsement and receiving postmark, also on post card to Le Havre with franking tied by Bordeaux cds's; entire with eraser in address panel, otherwise Very Fine.

Liberia, (Canary Islands) Monrovia/franco., two line handstamp in blue on 1893, 3¢ Wiles postal card to Capetown, South Africa, Woermann "XLIV." oval date stamp and Las Palmas transit cds, includes additional 1908 post card to Bristol, England with handstamp in purple and matching "T" in circle handstamp, similar transit postmarks, also a third 1907 post card with Woermann date stamp and manuscript "Monrovia/franco"; some minor toning, otherwise Very Fine.

Lugpos, 19.4" and "Doloma, 23 Ap" transit cds's, Very Fine, accompanied by B. Fosdyke Ray transit notes (ship, airplane and train).

Liberia, (Deutsche Afrika Linie) Deutsche Seepost, Linie Hamburg, Westafrika, circular date stamp with ship lettering at bottom (type WA.3) tying stamps on four 1933-36 covers; two with "B" letter (S.S. Wagogo) with one to U.S. via Freetown, Sierra Leone and other on Woermann internal cover from Monrovia to Grand Bassa, "D" letter (S.S. Ingo) cover from Grand Bassa to Germany (opening tears at top) and "F" letter (S.S. Livadia) postmark on uprated 3¢ entire to Germany with Monrovia backstamp, overall Very Fine.
