Mexico, Maximilian's of 1866 - the Definitive Reference Collection, Formed by Dr. Joe D. Stuart over a 25 year period and the basis for his study published in the July 1996 issue of Mexicana. Over 250 counterfeits as well as Spiro sheets, multiples, many shade of each value and each variety, descriptions include sources of original distribution, a variety of counterfeit overprints and cancellations. Dr. Stuart was the long time Administrator of the MEPSI Expert Committee.
