Postal Card, 1918, War Rate, Emergency Cards, lot of 3 scarce World War 1 emergency rate cards usages (rate from November 2, 1917 thru June 30, 1919), all have an additional 1¢ green Washington stamp added to left of indicia to make up the rate, UX27C Die 1 emergency card on grey stock, with perfin on 1¢ stamp used from Pendleton, OR to Tacoma, WA, UX27D Die 2 emergency card on grey stock, used locally at Philadelphia, PA, and UX27 from New York, NY to Kenosha, WI, all Extremely Fine.
