The Concord Bicycle Co., located in Concord, N.H. and operated by manager Frank H. Crapo, is reported to have run a public messenger service from 1892 to as late as 1896.

Allen Taylor Reference Collection, of facsimile stamps, early periodicals, covers and literature; several hundred Taylor facsimiles mostly U.S. locals, includes Indian & Liberty essays with two full sheets, P.E.I. issues and other bogus, periodicals including 1864 first edition of the Stamp Collector's Record published by Taylor and is considered to be the first stamp newspaper published in the U.S., later editions, the 1864 1st edition from Montreal, a 1867 collector's handbook published by Taylor, several corner card covers (two with Taylor portrait facsimile on reverse), unused collar wrapper, related handbooks and notes, etc.Estimate $750 - 1,000.
