Turner, Holcombe.

Prior to the 1991 Joyce sale, this stamp was listed in Scott but unpriced. This unique medicine issue realized almost $3,200 in the Joyce sale and soon thereafter the price was reflected in Scott at $3,250. The catalog value for this rarity has only been raised a meager $250 in twenty years!
