THE UNIQUE S. ALLAN TAYLOR ADVERTISING COLLAR ON AN INTACT BLACK JACK WRAPPER. A GREAT RARITY OF THE ISSUE.

S. Allan Taylor was an early stamp dealer. A different advertising collar is also known on a Bank Note-era wrapper.
