Washington Territorial & State Cover Collection, approximately 50 covers and cards arranged in binder, mostly territorial with a nice range of postmarks and usages including a few incoming; includes 1877 Cathlamet oval, 1885 & 1888 East Sound (2 different), 1888 Garfield, 1889 Kamilche, early Issac Stevens free frank steamship cover (before becoming governor of W.T.), 1886 Montebano, selection of early Olympia usages with various rates and frankings from 1850 on, ca. 1869 Alvan Flanders free frank on "Executive Department, Washington Territory" imprint cover, 1870's Palmyra, 1866 Post Townsend, 1867 Seattle, various early Steilacoom City usages, rare 1884 Toutle manuscript on 1¢ postal card, 1880's Woodards Lodge manuscript, etc.; condition a bit mixed with many items throughout, generally Fine or better.
