Jul 20" cds, enclosed July 29th, 1864 printed form on official stationery from the Second Auditors Office, Treasury Department, Confederate States, form acknowledging application for arrears of pay for a deceased soldier, W.B. Graves, Private of Capt. Hopkins Co. D, Charleston Battalion, S.C. Volunteers, and signed by chief of deceased soldiers division, Very Fine and rare.
