Mexico, 1916, 25c on 5c Villa issue, Barril surcharge, five blocks of four and six pairs, on front and cover the entire reverse of registered corner card cover to Mexico City, all canceled by "Campeche, 4 Dic, 1916" cds's, purple Campeche registry oval date stamp and etiquette; few stamp flaws, otherwise Very Fine, sent just after the December 2nd "silver-only" regulation ended the inflation rates, apparently this was not known at Campeche when posted.
