F1, few Postage Dues including early issues and highlighted by a well centered J60 (cat $850), Parcel Posts complete, strong Officials with Agriculture to the 6¢ & a 24¢, 2¢ Executive, Interior missing only 15¢, other issues a bit sparse with some well centered items, Duck near complete with n.h. in later issues, Offices in China missing only a few with the two high values present, etc.; with nice fresh material and overall condition above the norm.
