France, Specialized Blanc "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity" Issue Collection, 1900-29, mix of material mostly housed in stockbooks; includes a nice array of issues mostly mint, with multiples including gutter numeral pairs and other position blocks, color and type studies, overprinted issues including a few specimens, imperfs and other better including 5c double impression mint (Ceres 111a, cat €350) and a couple 5c booklet panes of 10 (Scott cat $350 each), nice showing of on cover items; a nice accumulation of material for further expansion.
