Inland Waterway Covers, 1850's, selection of nearly 200 covers, all from the same correspondence addressed to a Col. Ballard at various plantations & towns in Mississippi and Louisiana; condition quite mixed with many badly stained, virtually all with manuscript ship endorsement, a few with postage affixed but most stampless, often also endorsed "Bill of Sale", no contents included.
