1851-1857 3¢ Forwarding and Auxiliary Balance, balance mounted on exhibit pages comprising 12 covers with a variety of different markings and usages, including a triple-forwarding from Lexington Va. via Charlottesville, circa 1853 turned usage from Woodstock Ct. to Hartford where advertised and forward h.s. applied with 4¢ due to Northampton, 1852 use with blue New York "Adv 1ct" h.s., couple "Missent" and one NYC "Held for Postage" straightline use, a couple 6¢ transcontinental forwarded covers, etc., some faults, F.-V.F.

1851-1860s Balance of Consignment Including Civil War Related, group of six items comprising: two illustrated multicolor Magnus song sheets of Prisoner's Hope and Cross Readings, 1862 Adjutant Gen. printed orders, Fort Delaware use by guard force, 1851 3¢ and 12¢ quintuple rate use from Columbus to Cadiz Oh. (faulty), and 1922-23 GAR Magazine, Fine group.

1851-57 Issue Study Collection, collection of mostly covers and some stamps, includes potential machine affixed imperfs with some dramatic miscuts, a group of #26 covers with potential snow machine affixed, couple #25 covers, #26 imperf and perfed straddle lines, some positional pieces and some fake perf/imperfs, etc., Fine, an interesting study.

1852-57, 3¢ Issue Cover Group, over 50 covers on pages in binder; mostly advertising covers including illustrated and cameo, also a section of unusual town cancels including a socked-on-the-nose oval in circle handstamp from Appleton, Wis. on #11, auxiliary markings, etc.; condition mixed, useful group.
