1856 Presidential Campaign Balance, of 4 covers; includes Fremont with label (Milgram JF-1) on cover from Cincinnati, O., locally addressed cover (JF-36), and unused entire (JF-4), also a Thomas Hart Benton free frank cover (father of Jessie Fremont) and engraved portraits of Breckinridge and Buchanan, F.-V.F. overall.

1860 Presidential Campaign Balance, 7 items; includes Breckinridge with portrait campaign cover from New Hampshire (JBK-5, waterstain) and a circular from the National Democratic committee urging opposition to Lincoln, Lincoln with two similar embossed campaign designs (one missing stamp), J. Bell free frank cover, also a circular from Horace Greeley entitled "To Earnest Republicans" using the Presidential election to obtain newspaper subscriptions, cover with New York Tribune shield corner card on bottom flap, F.-V.F. overall.

(reduced into design), Lincoln - Johnson portrait cover front from Florida (AL-156) and a National Union election ticket, two unused McClellan entires (GM-9 & unlisted), and two Fremont portrait designs used from Washington D.C. and Boston (JF-3 & JF-38); condition varies, Fine overall.
