1873, 90¢ rose carmine, well centered with large margins, strong color and impression, bold strike of NYFM Circular Geometric (Weiss GE-EN5) on 90¢ carmine (166), reperfed at top, fresh and Very Fine appearance, a scarce strike on 90¢ value; with 1986 (clear) and 2012 P.F. certificates.
