1925 (May 9-12) Experimental Round Trip Experimental Flight, New York to San Francisco, airmail cover franked with 1923, 24¢ Airmail tied by "Air Mail Field, New York, N.Y.; May 9, 1925" postmark and addressed to the Air Mail Field in San Francisco, reverse address to Roessler in East Orange, N.J. and franked with 1923, 8¢-16¢ Airmails (8¢ s.e. at left) tied by "Air Mail Field, San Francisco, Calif., May 10, 1925" postmarks, Very Fine, a very rare flight cover with only a few carried and very few examples have ever been reported. Scott No. C4-C6.

1926-27 Pan-American Good Will Flight, cover carried over the entire good will flight, with 29 country frankings canceled from each of the countries visited, inside of the cover signed by Major Dargue and the eight surviving aviators, certified statement on cover carried on complete 20,000 mile flight and flight cachets, Very Fine, a choice historical flight cover.

1927 (June 29) Byrd Transatlantic Fight, New York, N.Y. to Paris, France, monoplane cacheted cover franked with 5¢ Roosevelt tied by bold "New York, N.Y., Jun 21, 1927" duplex postmark and "Ver s/ Mer, 2-27, 27" receiving postmark, signed by co-pilots Acosta and Balchen with additional R.E. Byrd signature apparently signed at a later date, Very Fine.

Wittnauer Co. cornoer card cover franked with 8¢ Winged Globe, two singles tied by "New York, N.Y., Jul 15, 1933" duplex postmarks, typed endorsement "Flown Historical Cover, Carried by Wiley Post in, First Solo Flight Around the World, Record in 7 days 18 hours 49 minutes" with Wiley Post signature above; some address and endorsement fade, otherwise Very Fine. AAMC $3,000.

ONLY FIVE COVER WERE CARRIED ON THIS ROUND-THE-WORLD RECORDED BREAKING FLIGHT THAT WAS UNSURPASSED FOR FIVE YEARS.
