Isls., Aug 17, 1900" duplex to Vienna, Austria, purple "T/ 15 Centimes" due handstamp for 3¢ short payment of 5¢ UPU rate, Austria 4k, 6k and 20k postage dues, mixed perf and imperf, tied by Vienna (9.9) cds, blue crayon "30" k. due rating; mild corner crease, Very Fine and attractive.
