A LOVELY EXAMPLE OF THIS GREAT INVERTED CENTER RARITY.

The Saint Lawrence Seaway is the common name for a system of locks, canals and channels that permits ocean-going vessels to travel from the Atlantic Ocean to the Great Lakes, as far inland as the western end of Lake Superior. It was a collaboration between Canada and the United States and opened in 1959 with both countries issuing commemorative stamps. Only the Canadian 5¢ issue is known with an inverted center.
