Panama, 1853-1860s, United States to Panama, group of five covers comprising two 1853 folded letters at the 20¢ and 40¢ prepaid rates to Panama, one carried by U.S. Mail S.S. Co. Georgia and other by P.M.S.S. Co. Empire City; 1859 cover bearing scissor cut U.S. 10¢ green #35 to the U.S.S. Lancaster in care of the U.S. Consul; 1860s Wells Fargo use from San Francisco to Panama canceled by Wells Fargo ovals and blue "Collect" straightline, faulty (one of only two recorded Wells Fargo usages to Panama); and 1869 legal size cover bearing U.S. #76 and #77 (two stamps missing) to Intertropical Company in care of forwarder Wm. P. Maal Esq. at Aspinwall, Fine group.

Panama to Wilmington Del. with "30" rating and New York "Steam/Ship" handstamp; 1851 Panama to New York with partial "30" rating handstamp, 1850 San Francisco to London via Panama, 1856 San Francisco to Paris via Panama, 1864 Peru to San Francisco with "Steam / Panama" oval handstamp but missing Peruvian stamp; 1879 use of 5¢ Taylor entire from U.S. Consulate at Colon to New York City, etc.; some mixed condition, Fine.

Panama, 1845-1877, Panama Postal History, group of 9 covers and fronts comprising 1855 Taboga, Panama to Ireland with British Post Office Panama double-arc datestamp; 1861 Panama to Guatemala; 1877 Panama cover front to Scotland with GB 1s green (faulty) tied by "C35" British Post Office grid, 1845 c. cover front with red "Panama Debe" oval to Bogota; 1869 Panama to Scotland with "1/-" handstamp rating; 1870 Panama to London with handstamped "1/-" rating handstamp; 1877 Panama to Paris with blue "T / 1-10" tax due handstamp; and two 1856, 1858 folded letters to Bordeaux, France; some faults, F.-V.F.
