This machine cancel was applied only to souvenir cards given to visitors at the post office department's exhibit, which was separated from the postal station. It was never used to cancel mail. There are less than 25 examples recorded, with one having a blank dial (no date/time). It is recorded from July 2 to October 16, 1901.
