To Bavaria, Germany, blue newspaper wrapper bearing two 1¢ blue (63) well centered singles, small flaws, tied two strikes of indistinct Trenton N.J. cds, the 3¢ paid all rate was underpaid, endorsed "Via Hamburg to Germania", possibly carried by Hapag Line Borussia from New York Feb. 21st to Hamburg Mar. 11th, blue manuscript "6" kreuzer due rating, reverse with Kempten (3.16) and Illertissen (3.17) arrival postmarks, remnants of a German newspaper stuck to the back of the wrapper, F.-V.F., Illustrated in Evans as fig. 12-27 on page 229., ex-Lee.
