Official Seal, 1947, gray black, perf 12½x8½, unexploded booklet of 12 panes of 20, partial pane of 8 and missing one pane, o.g., never hinged, some slight wear, but in surprisingly choice condition, some gum toning on last pane in booklet, o.g., never hinged, otherwise Very Fine, a rare intact booklet and quite possibly unique; with 2010 P.F. certificate for a pair pulled from the booklet.
