Postal Card, 1873, 1¢ brown on buff, watermarked Small U.S.P.O.D., W. W. Whiteman "Receiver and Forwarder and Steamboat Agent", Bayou Sara, La. with "Vick. & N.O." railway route agents stamp (Towle M-15-m) applied onboard steamboat; few very tiny stains, otherwise Very Fine, this route had 2 contractors which sailed on opposite days a unique arrangement (Routes 30093 & 30096), ex-Feldman.
