1861, 1¢ blue, singles used on three different 2¢ Black Jack entires comprising 2¢ buff entire (U46) cancelled by "Bethlehem PA Sep 28 '64" duplex to Philadelphia Pa., 2¢ buff entire (U50) cancelled by blue segmented grids from Indianapolis Ind. to Michigantown Ind.; repaired at right; and 2¢ orange entire (U52) cancelled by "O" cork cancels duplexed with "Norfolk Va Jan 10" cds to Ithaca N.Y and forwarded to Burlington N.J. without fee; some flaws, F.-V.F.

Penny Despatch octagon with rare "5 PM" hour, gem centered, commercial corner card, scratched plate, revenue usage, nice variety of carrier markings, fancy, etc.; condition varies, generally F.-V.F. or better.

1861, 1¢ blue, three cent rate covers, group of 85 covers; wide range of towns, includes a few corner card covers including illustrated, Dot in U variety, many irregular block of three usages, different shades on cover, possible dark blue color varieties, 1¢ pair + 3¢ usage from Old Point Comfort, Va. to Bethlehem, Pa. on soldier letter, forwarding usage, etc., including a couple additional 1¢+3¢ x3 10¢ rate usages; condition mixed with many nice items throughout, F.-V.F. overall.
