Sbarboro & Brothers/Liquors, Groceries & Provisions/San Francisco", additionally cancelled with blue oval West Point postmark, part of flap torn away, Very Fine, a wonderful cover originating from West Point, named by Kit Carson as the west point of his explorations.
Estimate    $750 - 1,000.

West Point Cal. (Calaveras) was apparently a Wells Fargo sub office of Moquelumne Hill at this time. This is the only arrangement like this we know of.
